Prepare • Explore • Integrate

This is a space for curiosity, patience, an open mind, vulnerability, learning from discomfort, exploration, and feeling safe to wonder about whatever or whoever you are today. This is a space in which you can prepare for, learn to navigate, relinquish control of, and mindfully unravel and integrate all sorts of transformational experiences.

Neither judgment nor criticism are particularly useful here. There is more value in objective observation, frank conversation, compassionate inquisitiveness, and the idea that several different things can be true, or feel true, all at the same time.

Whatever path you’re on—psychedelic or otherwise—this is where inner insight can begin to take shape in the outer world.

If You’re Just Beginning

You don’t need to know what you want. You might just be curious—about psychedelics, about yourself, about the possibility of change, or about other ways of exploring altered states. That’s enough. We can start there.

This work doesn’t require you to have it all figured out. Together we can explore your questions, your concerns, and your hopes. Whichever version of exploration you choose, our work can help you begin to notice more, feel more, and navigate your inner life with more clarity and care.

Psychedelics as Tools

Psychedelics can help with challenges like depression, anxiety, disordered eating, attention issues, creative blocks, and more—but not through quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes. The real potential lies in what these experiences can open up: deeper self-awareness, emotional flexibility, compassion, perspective, and the courage to face yourself honestly.

It’s through this internal shift that meaningful change becomes possible—in how you relate to your body, your mind, your work, your relationships, your choices.

Integration Matters—More Than Most People Realize

It’s often said that integration is essential, but in practice, it’s rarely given the attention it deserves. Insight is only the beginning. What happens after the journey—the slow weaving of that insight into your daily life—is where the real transformation happens.

Whether you’ve had a powerful experience recently or long ago, this space is here to help you reflect, make meaning, and move forward with more intention. Integration isn’t a recap. It’s a practice. An ongoing conversation. A reorientation.

Your Process, Your Pace

There’s no one right way to do this. We can talk about macrodosing, microdosing, or not dosing at all. About what you’re struggling with, what you’re growing into, and what’s asking for your attention. It can start with a conversation.

This is about building a relationship—with yourself, with your mind, with your body, with your experience. And I’m here to support that—wherever you are on the path.

Let's talk

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.

I’ll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase “each other”
doesn’t make any sense.
The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.”

— Rumi, from “A Great Wagon”
